Approval Admin

This tab provides the user with access to all approval processes and their documents. The main grid in the view displays a list of all existing Approval Processes and their Category and Type.

The group of Action Icons as follows:

Icons		Available Functions
	Email Templates	Provides access to the Email Template Editor for the selected Approval Process
	Denial Reasons	Provides access to the “General List of the Denial Reasons” and “Approval Process Denial Reasons”. Note: Approval Process Denial Reasons option is enabled when the specific Approval Process is selected.
	“documents”	View All Documents with pending status for the selected Approval Process
	“exception”	View Document Exceptions in the selected Approval Process
	“ellipsis”	Displays menu of available Administration Reports, such as Document History, View Upload Exceptions, etc.
